How to use boot diagnostics to troubleshoot virtual machines in Azure

Enable Azure VM boot diagnostics with Azure Portal to capture logs that can help you troubleshoot boot failures and obtain screenshots to see the VM’s current state.

In the Management tab, under Monitoring, make sure boot diagnostics is On and then choose to Create new Diagnostics storage account.

To see what is going on. You can select the Boot diagnostics option to view the log and the screenshot.
