Remote desktop can’t connect to the remote VM on Azure.

Check the following:

Endpoints: is the RDP 3389 port setup

Did you download the correct RDP file from the portal to use for connecting to VM

Try forcing a restart of the VM, again through Mgt Portal, VMs. Give it a good 15mins to start up
